Crystal Lake RV Resort is a Property Owners Association that encourages and welcomes community involvement. The resort is guided by our management team and the seven members of our Board of Directors (each elected to two year terms by the owners of the 490 RV sites and Park models within the resort.)
Our resort has a long tradition of active volunteerism by owners and renters who ensure high quality social-recreational activities for all. Volunteers also supplement the work of our office staff and maintenance crew, and participate in a wide variety of charitable organizations.
This web-site’s purpose is to quickly provide important community information to our residents from the Board and our management team. Information can be posted here and/or sent directly to residents by e-mail. The main Club House is located near the entrance to the resort and is surrounded by many of our outdoor recreational facilities (pool, spas, putting greens, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and outdoor patio area.
The Club House contains a large group meeting area which is used for monthly Town Hall meetings and Board meetings, as well as frequent Dinner Dances, Concerts, Trivia Contests, and many other Social/Recreational activities.
A fully equipped commercial grade kitchen allows our volunteers to prepare and serve meals for over 200 people. From January thru March a “Bountiful-Breakfast” is held bi-weekly in the Club House on Saturday mornings. It is a wonderful way for our residents to relax and chat with one-another over a delicious meal!
Our Social-Rec Office is located in the Main Club House and is a “bee-hive” of activity during the winter months. Tickets for performances, dinners, and dances are sold in the Social-Rec office, but act fast because they disappear quickly!
Coin-operated Laundry facilities are located in the Club House, and beautiful shower-rooms are also available.
Our lovely pool area adjacent to the Main Clubhouse is newly renovated, with cream, tan and beige pavers and azure blue tiles. Two spas compliment the area, and equipment is located on the pool deck that allows easy access and egress from the pool by physically disabled residents. A second pool and another hot-tub is located at the small clubhouse. Bathrooms and showers are located within each Club House.
Three putting greens are available for golfing enthusiasts and beginners who want to hone their skills. Each is kept immaculate and crisp by volunteers for use by residents. A friendly putt-putt activity is held weekly, and teams of two are chosen randomly from those who wish to participate.
Our Exercise Room, located in the Main Club House, is well equipped with a wide variety of aerobic and weight lifting equipment for a healthy life style.
Our resort’s on-site storage area makes us a unique community. Eight storage buildings and over 200 open storage sites provide a variety of secure storage (for small personal items, bicycles, and golf carts to boats, trailers, and large motorhomes.) Most storage buildings and a few of the open storage sites have electric available. The storage area is lighted after dark for security and convenience.
